Batteries
Each flowlight runs on 1 AAA battery (included) at full brightness throughout battery life - does not dim. Please use only rechargeable NiMHs or high quality alkalines. Cheap alkalines will cause your light to last only a few minutes and turn off on impact.
Modular System Features
Flowlights, tubes, and flowcaps are highly modular and interchangeable. Twist off your flowcaps and add them to poi, martial flow and other staff rigs. Save money and get to play with many different props.
1-pc Staff Length (with flowcaps)
1-pc staffs are available in (generally) as many length options as we offer polycarbonate tube lengths. All flowtoys tubes are 1" outer diameter and 7/8" inner diameter.
Woodcore: These staffs are made with a woodcore, and the length of the woodcore will depend on your chosen overall staff length. These staffs need a long enough woodcore to remain rigid (at least 3F length woodcore), so they are offered in limited lengths.
Tubes are measured in flowlight lengths, e.g. 12F tube holds 12 flowlights.

I am so so SO HAPPY I chose to buy from flowtoys. It was my first real staff and I shopped around but ultimately chose martial staff because it was affordable and seemed like the perfect fit since I had a heavier staff to practice with. It's taken a beating and the lights are still insanely bright. It's easy to clean, easy to handle, and the videos online helped me learn how to take off the flow caps and change light patterns. All of my batteries came fully charged and it got to me sooner than 2 weeks. Erol was the absolute best!! I'm buying my friend his staff as a late birthday/christmas gift and its because I had such a good experience with Erol and my staff has been the best flow prop out of all that I currently own. 125/10 recommend.
