Cap options:
- Custom 3D-printed spoke air caps are the lightest weight option - excellent for fans, composite sticks, dance leviwand and fast chucks.
- Flowcaps are made of silicone and heavier - good for props like chucks, batons, dragon staff, stick-poi and wand.
- Pod shell + pod sleeve are made of silicone and TPU and are the heaviest option - good for dart and oxbow meteor. If you like your poi or staff really heavy, you'll want to choose the pod shell and pod sleeve.

Fan grip options
Doodlegrip: A tech grip developed by the innovative fan artist known as Doodle (history below) specifically for technical fan manipulation. If you want precise control and like to do more challenging moves, this is the grip for you. Intended to fit your 2 middle fingers, so your index and pinky can control the sides of the fan, if you have smaller hands you may want to only leave your pinky out so you have more strength inside the ring.
Ring grip: The Ring AKA “Russian” grip is the oldest and simplest fan grip and is great for flowy fan movement. The large ring enables you to fit your whole hand for maximum comfort and freedom of movement.
Dragon staff length - how to choose
The exact length of a dragon staff is not as critical as many other flow props, but in order to do “inside” moves, it should be about the length from the top of your sternum to the floor. This is long enough to do everything else and feels great. It is shorter than what most people are used to, but there is no fire to keep away from ;) If you are unsure, err on the longer side, you can always cut it down later.

Bridge for connecting to the app:
Want to use the flowtoys connect app? You'll need a small hardware bridge to enable your props to talk to your mobile device and vice versa.
We have 2 options for bridges:
- Pocket bridge comes with its own power bank and can be used when you're out and about.
- USB bridge is great for home use. Just plug into power via usb.

Amazing!
I love the Pop'n'Flow modular system! The diversity of props is so much fun! They are high quality products and one of the best on the market. I have tried many other brands and always come back to Flow Toys.
