Note on large minimum string angle
Because of the space required for the spokes, the shaft-tube adapters are very close to the string and you can not bring the string as near the top of the wand as most other wands or it will cause it to tip. This requires slightly more “open” movement, but is easy to adjust to.
This is also why we don’t recommend a length shorter than 30”. We used to offer a 28” wand, but the adapter is so close to the string that the minimum string angle is quite significant and we don’t want anyone to get it without being fully informed. 28” and other lengths available by special request.
This ONLY affects the wand when the string comes close to it. The narrow shaft keeps it handling tightly unless the string bumps the adapter by coming too close.
