Contact staffs are typically in stock and will be shipped out within 4 business days, often faster. If you are in a rush, please select Express shipping and leave a note on your order with the date you need it by, and we'll do our best to make magic happen.Non-US shipping options
We cannot ship staffs (>24") with "First Class International" due to length restrictions. Different countries also have different length restrictions on Priority or Express shipping. If your staff exceeds the maximum length allowed for your country, we will email you with options to upgrade your shipping. Shaft Length
We offer a wide range of standard shaft lengths. Custom lengths available - please select the custom length option from the staff length dropdown and be sure to specify your desired overall staff length in the text field below.- Please be aware that staffs with longer shaft lengths (130cm and up) are more flexible.
- Please note that custom lengths may have 2-week lead time to build.
- There are no refunds on custom lengths.
Bridge for connecting to the app
Want to use the flowtoys connect app? You'll need a small hardware bridge to enable your props to talk to your mobile device and vice versa.We have 2 options for bridges:
- Pocket bridge comes with its own power bank and can be used when you're out and about.
- USB bridge is great for home use. Just plug into power via usb.

The flowtoys forever flow lifetime warranty is intended to enable you to practice, play, party and perform with your flowtoys-made props without worrying about breaking them, and to freely find your flow. Here's how it works:
- Defects in materials or workmanship are covered for life.
- You'll have to send the part back to us and cover return shipping, but we'll replace it for free.
- A totally amazing feature of our warranty :: You can send back any flowtoys-made prop at any time, in any condition, and get 50% credit towards any flowtoys purchase. Click here for details on our upgrade program.
- Electronics (battery, board, button, accelerometer):
- no physical damage and <2 years = free repair or replacement of the relevant part
- physical damage/ unintended use = half price repair or replacement of the relevant part
- > 2 years = battery replacement fee, or half price repair or replacement of the relevant part
- Non-electronics (leashes, tubes, grip, shells, caps, club parts etc.):
- intended use and not wear & tear = free repair or replacement of the relevant part for life
