Customer Care Jedi

Position

The primary responsibilities in this position are order fulfillment and customer support. You will be packing and shipping orders, communicating with customers, working closely with our production team, and engaging in a range of customer care tasks, including responding to support tickets, fulfilling retail and wholesale orders, and assisting in warranty and the retail shop.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys focused work, has outstanding organizational skills, and takes pride in staying on top of things and serving people effectively. There is a mix of solo focused work and teamwork; and a mix of computer and hands-on tasks assembling, packing and shipping.

You will be working with a small team that prides itself on exceeding people’s expectations and adding a touch of magic in people’s lives. You will also be an integral part of a dedicated, motivated and fun team in a company that is regarded as the best in its niche industry.

Qualifications

Education & work experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; though we will consider community college or technical school certificate, with relevant experience
  • 2+ years experience in an office environment desired
  • Experience in customer service through digital written communications desired
  • Abilities in photo editing and web content management a plus

Skills

  • Strong ability with word processing, spreadsheets and other office applications
  • Comfortable with various software applications, including task management, shipping, invoicing, support ticket systems
  • Experience with shipping and logistics a plus
  • Interest in serving people and making awesome in the universe essential
