Do you have a payment plan/ financing options?
We accept Paypal and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). We also offer a payment plan for US and Canada customers through shop pay, where you can pay for your order every 2 weeks with no interest, fees or credit impact.
Do you do custom orders?
Need your staff to be a specific length? Want a custom tape job? Extra long props for stilters, or something that is not offered as a standard option on our website?
E-mail us at orders@flowtoys.com with your request. We'll do our best to make your dream prop.
- Service charge for custom props is about $10-30 depending on complexity.
- Custom staff/poi/club length is $10 and there might be a lead-time.
Which props have lead times?
Full vision props, props with colored tape, and most staffs are made to order, and have a lead time.
If you request a custom length for any prop (poi, staffs etc.), there will be a lead time.
Please check the product page for specific lead times and plan accordingly. If you are in a hurry, you can email us at orders@flowtoys.com and we may be able to expedite your order.
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order by a particular date. Many of our toys and parts are handmade, and we may or may not have everything in stock at the moment. We do our best to keep our website updated, and to fill your order as quickly as possible. If there are any foreseeable delays, we will contact you directly.
Which props are ready-to-ship?
Podpoi, vision clubs, crystal poi lite, coral poi, pixelwhips, darts, chucks, and many pop'n flow and day props are ready-to-ship.
If you request a custom length for any prop even if they are usually ready-to-ship (poi, chucks, staff etc.), there will be an additional lead time.
When will I get my order?
We pack and ship out most orders within 4 business days, often faster, though we do not ship on weekends.
Shipping transit times depend on your shipping option and address - we prioritize express orders, followed by priority, then first class/ground.
Some flowtoys, especially staffs, are made-to-order and might have a lead time of 1-3 weeks before shipping - please check the product page for our estimated lead times. Custom orders also have a lead time.
We are happy to respond to your questions about your order and tracking, but please note that we are a very small team and "when will I get my order" questions can lead to delays for all. Thank you for your patience and support!

Do you have shipping protection?
Yes we do! You can add shipping protection to your order in the cart drawer before checkout. With shipping protection, your order is protected against loss or damage in transit.
What’s not covered?
Shipping protection does not cover against theft - if your package was a victim of porch piracy, we empathize with you! While we cannot fully cover a replacement package, we’ll do our best to help you. Please contact us.
Oops I put in the wrong address - can I change my shipping address?
If you have already placed your order and would like to update your shipping address, please email us or use the contact form - write "change of address" and your order number in the subject line.
Note that we often send out packages within a day of receiving it. If you provided the incorrect address and we have already shipped your order out, we will not be able to refund you for the lost package or shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship anywhere that the USPS ships to, which is almost anywhere in the world. The shipping options on our website are USPS, though we sometimes use DHL courier service for shipping outside the US, as we have found that it is faster and more reliable. We reserve the right to choose a comparable shipping option if it's more secure/expedited.
If you are ordering for international delivery and are not able to receive DHL packages, please make a note in the Customer Notes section.
All non-US shipments are subject to duties.
Non-US Shipments: (South Africa, Mexico, Central & South America, Greece etc.)
We’ve found that USPS can be unreliable in some countries. In order to get your order to you, we may need to reach out to upgrade your shipping option to DHL or UPS.
Shipping disruptions:
Carriers have temporarily suspended international mail shipment to destinations including Israel, UAE, Saudi Arabia etc. If you place an order with shipping to an affected country, we will need to hold your shipment until the suspension is lifted. Please feel free to reach out with any questions as we monitor the situation.
Order damaged in transit?
If you purchased shipping protection and received a damaged package, please email us or use the contact form with photos of all sides of the box & contents, and we’ll replace the damaged part.
Lost order?
If you purchased shipping protection and haven’t received your order within 20 days (US) or 40 days (non-US), please email us or use the contact form, and we’ll help you out.
