Position: Temp/Part-time to Full-time
This role is ideal for someone with outstanding customer care skills and a great attitude, who takes pride in serving people effectively and staying on top of things, and who wants to enable more awesome in the universe.
You will start with a focus on order fulfillment and grow to assist with other aspects of customer care. You will be providing people around the world with tools to express themselves and helping them find their flow through filling web-based orders, and assisting with in-person and phone orders.
You will be enabling people to find the right flow tools for them, and helping them understand and maintain their tools through written and phone correspondence.
You will be an integral part of a dedicated, motivated and fun team in a company that is regarded as the best in its niche industry.
