The Oxbow Meteor (AKA puppyhammer) is a hybrid prop that combines poi, meteor and rope-dart for incredible versatility, challenge and flow. Developed and popularized by Charlie Cushing of Lanternsmith, this is an advanced prop and if you’re not familiar with it, look it up, it’s amazing.

All the bells and whistles of the vision light engine - 80 beautiful infinitely adjustable modes, kinetic awareness, app-enabled, adjustable brightness and so much more to help inspire your personal play & practice, and shine on stage!

Part of the new flowtoys modular "pop'n flow" system, each oxbow includes 2x full vision spokes and an oxbow leash/hub with 4x nodes that you can adjust for perfect flow. The spokes are modular and interchangeable - pop them off and into other hubs to make triads, poi, batons, wands, dragon staffs and more.

Oxbow meteor sizing

Fit and sizing are everything with an oxbow meteor. If it's too long, the head hits the ground. If it's too short, the poi are virtually unusable. Fitting should be done in person, with some trial and error to ensure the best fit. We provide more than enough cord, finishing the ends is easy, and the nodes are adjustable so you can do it yourself at home.

  • Pocket bridge comes with its own power bank and can be used when you're out and about.
  • USB bridge is great for home use. Just plug into power via usb.
