The Oxbow Meteor (AKA puppyhammer) is a hybrid prop that combines poi, meteor and rope dart for incredible versatility, challenge and flow. Developed and popularized by Charlie Cushing of Lanternsmith, this is an advanced prop and if you’re not familiar with it, look it up - it’s amazing.

All the bells and whistles of the vision light engine - 80 beautiful infinitely adjustable modes, kinetic awareness, app-enabled, adjustable brightness and so much more to help inspire your personal play & practice, and shine on stage!

Each oxbow includes 2x spin9 vision cores in polycarbonate tubes with pods and sleeves, and an oxbow leash with 4x nodes that you can adjust for perfect flow.

Sold as a full rig as shown in the pic. Some assembly required.

Oxbow meteor sizing

Fit and sizing are everything with an oxbow meteor. If it's too long, the head hits the ground. If it's too short, the poi are virtually unusable. Fitting should be done in person, with some trial and error to ensure the best fit. We provide more than enough cord, finishing the ends is easy, and the nodes are adjustable so you can do it yourself at home.
