How long are the pixelwhip strands?
The fibers on the FiberFlies start at about 6 feet long, and are cut at different places along the length of the FiberFlies to create a beautiful, wispy effect. The longest fibers are 6 feet, and there many different lengths down to about 1ft at the shortest.
If you prefer FiberFlies with shorter strands, you can easily trim the fibers with a pair of regular scissors.
Can I straighten the fibers?
The PixelWhip fiber head comes standard with a curl, however some folks might want their fibers straight instead.

Can I clean my pixelwhips?
If your fibers are dusty or dirty, you can clean them with a rag and some silicone lubricant. The silicone lubricant also helps prevent tangling and keeps FiberFlies playing smoothy. Put a small dab on a clean rag, and wipe it along the fibers from the base to the tips several times while simultaneously combing them with your fingers.
