Designed for multi-staff manipulation, staff juggling, and long double-staff flow, the pop’n flow composite stick combines the epic light effects, modularity, and portability of the pop’n flow system with the stiffness of carbon fiber, giving you the best feeling and high-tech, easy-to-use sticks on the planet.

Compared with our pop’n flow "baton hubs", the "composite stick hubs" are much stiffer and have a thinner 15mm shaft. Due to the length of the pop’n spokes, this staff cannot be shorter than 30” at which point the center shaft is too short to offer any advantage. Best for staves over 32”.

Pop’n flow "baton" hub vs Pop’n flow "composite stick" hub:

The pop’n flow baton hub is a simple tube with adapters - it is lightweight, economical and ideal for shorter batons or longer baton that do not require much stiffness.

The pop’n flow composite stick hub has a 15mm carbon fiber center that is thinner and stiffer than the baton hub and is excellent for juggling, contact, and long staff flow. However because the spokes and adapters take up almost 28” of the total length, any staff shorter than 32” has an impractically-short center shaft and is not recommended.
