Compatible with 25mm (1”) and 22mm (⅞”) shafts with the included adapter and you can use the included key to fine-tune the fit. Compared with our trikon dragon hubs, the pop'n flow hubs have a slightly slower roll due to their slightly longer length. Most people love the feel and many choose this in blind tests.
Cap options:
- Custom 3D-printed spoke air caps are the lightest weight option - excellent for fans, triads and leviwand dance.
- Flowcaps are made of silicone and heavier - good for props like dragonstaffs, batons, stick-poi and chucks.

Nimbus grip
22mm 1-pc shafts come standard with nimbus grip from Dark Monk. This silicone foam grip performs similar to the popular Goat Grip, with nice padding and incredible tackiness in wet and dry conditions, but it lasts way longer.

Shaft Length - how to choose
The exact length of a dragon staff is not as critical as many other flow props, but in order to do “inside” moves, it should be about the length from the top of your sternum to the floor. This is long enough to do everything else and feels great. It is shorter than what most people are used to, but there is no fire to keep away from ;) If you are unsure, err on the longer side, you can always cut it down later.

Bridge for connecting to the app:
Want to use the flowtoys connect app? You'll need a small hardware bridge to enable your props to talk to your mobile device and vice versa. We have 2 options for bridges:
- Pocket bridge comes with its own power bank and can be used when you're out and about.
- USB bridge is great for home use. Just plug into power via usb.
