• You'll have to send the part back to us and cover return shipping, but we'll replace it for free.

Warranty for non-flowtoys made products

Non-flowtoys made products come with a 60-day manufacturers' warranty on defects. As long as they're not physically damaged (e.g. water damaged), it will be a free replacement for the parts that are not working. These items do not qualify for upgrade credit.
