We cannot ship packages >24" using "First Class International" due to shipping restrictions. If you are outside the United States, please do NOT select this option during checkout. We will have to email you to upgrade your shipping.

  • no physical damage and <2 years = free repair or replacement of the relevant part
  • physical damage/ unintended use = half price repair or replacement of the relevant part
  • > 2 years = battery replacement fee, or half price repair or replacement of the relevant part
• Non-electronics (leashes, tubes, grip, shells, caps, club parts etc.):
  
  • intended use and not wear & tear = free repair or replacement of the relevant part for life
  • non-intended use = half price repair or replacement of the relevant part
