Order, Shipping and Payment Process

Order process: Once your wholesale account is approved, you will be able to log into the flowtoys website and access our wholesale catalog. Different items have different MOQs and wholesale discounts - these discounts will be reflected on each product page.

Some items have keystone pricing. Some products have case quantities - you can refer to our “Quick Order” section for these items.

Most items have a wholesale discount that will be reflected on the product page. If an item does not have a wholesale discount, it is currently not available for discounts. Thank you for understanding.

Lead-time: Please expect at least a 1-3-week lead-time to fill wholesale orders. Depending on inventory and quantities ordered, there might be a longer lead-time. We will inform you if any item is out of stock, or if there are expected delays. Please plan ahead to account for the lead-time AND shipping time when you have an upcoming event or before the holiday season. If you have an event that requires a rush please let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Shipping options: Currently we ship all US domestic orders via USPS or UPS, and all international orders via DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking, once your order is ready.

Customs duties: If you are receiving your package in a country outside the USA, you may have to pay customs fees, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for details.
